You'll find the word "collaboration" used several times by team members below, but not because our name reflects the idea that coffee is always a collaborative voyage. Rather, we chose the name Covoya because collaboration was already at the center of everything we do.  We use the word a lot because it's part of the air that we breathe: with each other, with our suppliers, with our customers. It's a journey that must eventually move beyond the transactional and become an investment in the success of our partners in both directions on the supply chain.
